Since 2008, WindTech has specialised in the repair and refurbishment of main components for the wind industry in Denmark and abroad, with a strong focus on extending the lifetime of legacy wind turbines.
In 2021, WindTech became part of an international group of companies, strengthening the company’s continued development and enabling us to offer stable and educational surroundings throughout your apprenticeship.
Your tasks will include, among others:
- Comprehensive hands-on training from our experienced wind turbine technicians
- Repair and refurbishment of mechanical wind turbine components
- Disassembly, inspection, and assembly of major components such as gearboxes, main shafts, hubs, generators, etc.
- Refurbishment of complete nacelles from a variety of wind turbines
We are looking for an apprentice with the following profile:
- Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn about the mechanical components of wind turbines
- Ability to work in a structured, responsible, and independent manner
- A desire to be part of a skilled and dynamic production team
